Board of Directors

Guy Haddleton, Director

Guy has a passion for building high growth companies. He founded Adaytum Software which became the global leader in the enterprise planning market and was acquired by IBM Cognos in 2003. He then founded Anaplan, a business planning platform in San Francisco and it is currently one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies in the US. He holds an MBA from the University of Otago.


Herb Hunt, Director

After a 30 year career with IBM including such roles as Chairman and CEO of IBM NZ and then Head of Operations in Asia Pacific and Europe, Herb has a passion for technology and business strategy. After IBM, he took on CTO and other executive roles for Siebel Systems to help them achieve high growth rates, eventually leading to acquisition by Oracle Corporation.


Jason Westland, Founder & CEO

With 20 years experience managing large projects including a $1b project for British Rail in the UK, Jason went on to build Method123 and MPMM.com, the leading toolsets in the PM templates and methodology industry. After being acquired by a US Consulting Company, Jason founded ProjectManager.com in 2008. He is the author of the best-selling book “The Project Management Life Cycle” and writes for Computerworld and CIO Magazine.


Management Team

Craig Nicholson, Technology

Craig’s our Tech Hero. With a great English accent, he seems to be able to solve any technical challenge set before him. With 25 years experience managing tech projects, Craig’s the perfect guy to oversee our Development, Testing and Support teams. He’s also the one responsible for making sure every release goes out without a hitch and that our customer’s data is protected at all times.

Craig comes from a project management background and has managed several large scale implementations, including one for the UK Ministry of Defense. “As you can imagine, sitting in a Board Room getting grilled by the military’s top senior officers, is enough to give anyone grey hair!” Craig loves cycling, half marathon running, cricket, rugby and spending quality time with his wife and 3 young boys.


Kathleen Sanford, Product

In her years at ProjectManager.com, Kathleen has “risen to fame” quickly due to her passion for “getting everything the customers wants done ASAP!” She’s responsible for our Support, Test and Sales teams and she directly manages all our large accounts, including NASA and the United Nations. She wins the award for updating her Skype profile with the craziest cat photos in history.


Lewis Lo, Architecture

Lewis is our architecture guru. After graduating with an Honors Degree in Information Science, Lewis went on to design and build a suite of leading edge product websites before helping us build ProjectManager.com from the ground up. With a passion for architecture and solving customers problems with new technology, Lewis is our “Go To” man for all things “technically tough.” An avid martial artist, we don’t like to mess with him at the best of times!


Terry Erickson, Customer Success

Terry Erickson is VP of Customer Success at ProjectManager.com. With 20 years’ experience building and managing global software support teams, Terry proudly represents the voice of the customer. In his 10+ years at GFI Software, Terry was responsible for the expansion of the support team from 15 to nearly 200 employees, covering over 15 products in 6 languages, with a budget in excess of $13million. During this time, Terry successfully integrated numerous acquisitions into the organization, while also spinning off support teams and systems for a “Who’s Who” of successful businesses within the software world, including Teamviewer, LogicNow, and ThreatTrack Security. Terry is also a Salesforce and BI expert, who is passionate about improving process through metrics. He enjoys traveling and sports while spending time with his wife of 20 years and his young son.
