Security
Liquid Web provides high quality data and physical security. Datacenter access is limited strictly to technical staff. Electronic security systems control access and are accompanied by motion detecting security cameras which monitor the entire facility. This is a "fully managed" facility, meaning that there are first class technicians on site 24 hours a day, every day.
Internet Connection
Providing the highest quality Internet connectivity and performance is our top priority. Liquid Web has selected premium Tier-1 bandwidth providers, ensuring minimal latency and fast connections to all countries around the world. In fact, they connect directly to an astounding 4,500 network providers and are one of the few providers in the country who can offer this level of connectivity.
Power
Their power systems have extensive fault tolerance and resilience. Incoming power is routed underground to a dedicated on-site transformer. This system monitors power quality and automatically transfers to emergency generators waiting on standby. Each facility is also protected by one or more Uninteruptable Power Supplies (UPS), featuring redundant battery cabinets and full maintenance bypass cabinets allowing for service and upgrades without interruption of power to our servers.
Cooling
Their air cooling systems include multiple redundant Liebert 22-ton air conditioning units. They regulate the temperature and humidity precisely, all year round. Each unit contains independent compressors and cooling loops to further enhance fault tolerance and reliability. Air filtration systems actively circulate air supply for the entire data centre in a matter of minutes.
