Can I change the number of users?

Are there any free logins?
Yes. If you want to create free read-only logins for your clients or project sponsors, then click on the "Start" menu and select "Customers". You can assign as many free customer logins as you wish.
How many user logins do I need?
You need a paid user login for every person who will edit data in the system. If someone tries to login with your credentials while you're logged in, then you will be logged out.
How does the billing work?
It's simple. You pay a monthly price of $25 for the first user and $10 for each extra user assigned to your account. You pay this once a month, for a long as you're signed up. There are no setup, support or cancellation fees. It's a simple one time per month charge, giving you the ultimate control over your billing.
