Mario Henrique Trentim
Mario Trentim is a consultant, professor and book author on project management, business strategy and innovation. He is director of research at IBADE, Brazilian Institute for Corporate Development, and owner at Trentim & Associates - Project Management. For almost 15 years, Mario has been working as PMO manager, program and project manager in large engineering projects (Aerospace, Defense, IT, R&D, Telecom and Infrastructure). He started his career as Aspirant Officer to the Brazilian Air Force in 1999 and worked at various levels at the Department of Airspace Control and at the Department of Science and Technology.
